If as seems the case from various comments on here and other sources, the club needs to explain as to why the clubs supporters who have spent time today in a queue and then to be told they can’t get a ticket as it’s is due to close, is an absolute disgrace.

The club off the field let’s be honest remains a shambles, be it the ticket office, the club shop and the lack of meaningful engagement with the clubs brilliant support.

The club surely needs to explain why purchasing match day tickets is not as it should be and why some supporters are being treat in this way.

The club is a disgrace in this regard. Ticket office open for 9 hours of the entire week in the lead up to the first game? Who's bright idea is that?

Totally agree, the club just doesn’t help itself, whilst I am sure it’s unintentional, you cannot get your head round as to why it operates the way it does.

What they just wouldn't deal with those in the queue because it was closing?. Someone should've informed them as soon as they lined up they wouldn't be getting delt with.
That wasn't my issue. I've been waiting a week and a half, having sent 3 emails, asking how I can pay. The issue is also only having it open 3 hours for 3 days when clubs with a third of our attendance (or less) have theirs open all day every day.

It's every time with them man. I know we all have fond memories of wembley at it all worked out in the end, but the week leading up to it was a shambles with regards to tickets. There was no seats together, then there was an empty block, then sold out, then 5,000 got released , on the last day, 2,000 released all of a sudden when it was previously sold out, totally ambiguous wording on how the purchasing system was set up with regards to who was entitled to a ticket, how many, how the networks worked etc. And loads of people not being able to get online.... All relatively normal stuff, but the club has zero communication lines other than Chris waters Twitter account. No press release regarding how many we had and how many we'd sold etc, people waiting to get tickets with mates and sort hotels and transport with 2 days to go etc.. and you simply cant speak to anyone at the club. You just have to wait and hope

It's because them who run the club don't have to buy tickets , that they'll never understand how shit thier system is. I don't think they realise just how many fans we have, and how many we could have, if they didn't make it so difficult to buy tickets.

No ticket office. No pay on the gate. No club shop. No one answers the phone. Barely a reply via email if your lucky within a week. How are these people in charge of a multi million pound business

Exactly mate. I want to give them £118 and just need a way of paying it

also, remember the whole 'print at home' malarkey with the wembley tickets. 'tickets will be emailed out on Tuesday 17th may' come Thursday morning and still no tickets. no statement from the club. fuck all. just 40,000+ heading to wembley with no tickets. no communication. no explanation. f***ing idiots. just a £1.75 per ticket transaction fee for doing it all yourself, and £1 'print at home' fee for the privilege of printing it off at your own time and expense. or not even printing it. they take the f***ing piss man. they want to hope alex neil and the boys do their stuff on the pitch as its the only way they get let off the hook
