Club staff posting on here

A successful PR person like Mr.Metheven and owners of a club that have done a fantastic job in keeping Sunderland in the hunt for promotion do not need to hide to post here. While some club staff may post here in a personal capacity as they love the club, no one posts here as an occupation. Mr. Metheven and Mr. Donald are successful businessman who have done a good job at Sunderland AFC.
“I know, if I go on the Sunderland forum and call them Mr Donald and Mr Methven (but deliberately misspell Methven’s name (chortle)) that’ll definitely convince them I don’t work for the club!”

what about when i call them buffoons, diots and malevolnt figuress..and have been staunch critics of ters from day one?

A few posters under suspicion

If true, these accounts only seem to antagonise everyone

What do they hope to achieve?!?

In fact, this whole bunch of them just seem hell bent on antagonising the entire fan base in every single thing they do

It's bizarre. And just sad
When you say antagonise are you referring to fans being told buying tickets keeps donald here. You need to elaborate on what you mean by antagonise

Have you seen @kildaremackem posts? He is literally taking the piss out of us all

Or Bob's claiming to come direct from the source?

Or that other idiot last night crediting SD for a few hours of his Sunday night

It's pathetic. And does nothing but wind people up

If some folks associated with the club think posting on a fans forum with that crap is "controlling the narrative" or some bollocks then they need to a grip as it does the precise opposite

I wouldn't put it past the twat in pink jeans to keep an eye on forums such as this, and twitter, and facebook to spin his 'PR War'
Obviously, he messed up and is apparently no longer at the club, but yet the club still blames the fans.

I tell you what, if anybody is reading this that works at Sunderland Association Football Club.
We are not to blame;
46,000 Boxing Day against Bradford.
Average of ~30,000 in our second season of shit league 1 football.

Even premier league clubs can't manage that.
If we are premier league fans, and demand our club is ran at a premier league standard, and you fuck up? Whose fault is it?
it's not mine, is it?

chancers.

that's the truth and for 10+ years we turned up. (edit - for 140 odd years we turned up)
I've said this many times, the hard part of running the club is in place - the fans and support. And the stadium.
all an owner has to do is the easy bit -get a decent manager, and decent players. That is easy in comparison.

It really isn't that difficult. I don't believe anybody who says it is.

we even have a great academy (facilities, not players).

Look at Liverpool. Great fan base, loyal. Got the right manager and supported him. Not won the league in 30 years. Yes, they have spent a lot of money, but I bet they are in profit now.
All we are asking for is to get out of league 1 FFS! There must be 10+ managers capable of that.
If we win every game, and 46,000 turn up then it's paid for itself hasn't it?

I have suspicions too without naming names, however in a different way in that everytime I post what is obvious regards our owners morals I'm oucked apart. It's all out there and the same people all of the time.

liverpool owers hvent put a penny in to signn players..
lots of the recent signngs were funded by the ale of coutinho...
they make regular profits and have done for years
they also did very mart tuff like signng robertson and henderosn for peanuts..
they have a very smart director of football..
and they wreent afraid to change tack when the previous strategy ddnt work..

46k afc fans wouldnt pay for much at afcs crimially low ticket prices in the prem. but the gates in league oe and champo are a huge advantage.

Comparing liverpool to Sunderland is just stupid. They are and have been a global brand for years and make so much more than ourselves. What a stupid post.
