I can’t see why anyone other than those for whom drugs are part of match day experience would be bothered.
I hear you, but whilst the problem is every bit as prevalent at other sports meetings, (big horseracing events, certainly), I don't understand who football is being singled out.

Also when this doesn't solve the problem what will they do next. Don't be surprised if Alcohol sales inside grounds are next.

There isn’t the framework to enforce it in any other sports, banning orders seem pretty unique to football…which is absolutely mental.
