Cirkin back to Spurs?

Not a massive surprise. Footballers are assets at the end of the day and if you think he could be sold for more than 6m, it sounds like a reasonable business decision. And if you look at the price tags paid for other reserve players of top 6 teams, you’d think they’d easily double the 6m if some newly promoted team came sniffing

Maybe true but given he left as there was no path to the first team he's not going to rush back just to be sold on if that hasn't changed - he's got no obligation to do that and him and his agent will know his worth and that he can cut his own deal elsewhere.

Can kind of see how it would happen, he would get 2 signing in fees etc. But why would the club who would buy him from spurs not just come to us direct

Laughable. A million miles away from spurs quality.

Could they sign for 6m and sell on for more though??? Nope

Came here to get away from there and progress his career. Any move back would be a backward step given their current stance. Nixon is a balloon

Rate cirkin, not too sure how much I ever believe Nixon but an almost immediate 6 million profit would do wonders, think of how many wingers we could buy with that

It wouldn't happen that way would it. Unless he's absolutely stupid as him and his agent have no obligation to go back and would be aware of interest of other clubs so would just cut their own deal elsewhere.

Instant profit for Spurs is just not going to happen. They'd first have to pay the 6m, pay him a decent wage, somehow convince him to go and then pay up his contract on selling.
