We've just had a beautiful piece of sirloin beef delivered. Looks absolute class. Cant wait to cook it on the big day.

Personally, I like doing the full turkey thing for Christmas Day - but it looks like there will only be 3 of us so might break with tradition and go for a rib of beef (have the turkey for New Year instead).

Ive been getting online deliveries of meat from Farmison, really cracking quality Flicky marra. Their beef is up there with the best.

Had loads from them, can pick your breed and all sorts, really good. French trimmed racks of lamb are beautiful

stirks is worth looking into for a cracking turkey, tell them Gilly sent you and the lad behind the counter will throw in a few chicken drumsticks for free
