Aye, they do off licenses as well. It's easy to get round it though, if you suspect someone you just ask their age, don't even need I.D, if they are working for the police they have to tell you the truth otherwise it's entrapment.

Putting a child in danger of any sort is absolutely reprehensible. I am reminded of the bloke who was rightly sent to prison when he put his young son on the back of his motorbike and rode it at over 100 mph. Children do not have the intellectual or emotional ability to assess situations and make proper choices for themselves . The consequences for any kid who was "found out" or even suspected would be dire. Adults have an overriding duty of care to kids its what makes us "civilised"

The people doing this are guilty of exploiting and abusing the children concerned. They might consider that it is necessary and that we have to be tough but they forget that the kids have no choice in the matter. When you can no longer see how utterly wrong this sort of thing is then you risk becoming as big an evil as that which you claim you are fighting against. There is little moral difference between this and drugging up small kids to become jungle killers as happens in parts of Africa.
