I checked mine at the time and it was about 135 during extra time

Dependent on your age and the circumstance 135 is bordering on acceptable and à GP wouldnt be fussed
If you were 25 yo and sat watching the tv maybe it could be construed as worthy of further investigation

It doesn’t get as high when I watch the match on the tele like.

I only checked because I’d had a similar conversation on here with someone a few months ago. Obviously at the match I’m stood up and moving more than I would on the settee so that’ll increase my HR slightly too.

I have a resting heart rate in the low 50s and do plenty of cardio, I just get too invested in SAFC
