Cheese


Love cheese of nearly any kind. Even the ones that people are slagging off on here (feta, Gouda, etc.).

Don't like that Venezuelan beaver cheese or Danish Fimboe, like.
 
Love Taleggio on baked potatoes and I really like Gouda with cumin seeds when I can find it. Other than that a really nice strong traditional cheddar with a proper rind is very hard to beat. I like most cheese - not a fan of Norwegian Brown Cheese.
