Cheese

There used to be one I bought from the supermarket (Sainsbury's?) which had black packaging with a red X on it. It was called something like Xtreme Cheddar.

I used to love to eat it before bed because it gave me the most insane dreams.

Can't find it anywhere now, though.

Babybels are rank.
Used to cut them in half and whack them in a croissant with salami then blast them in microwave when I worked nights in catering, not bad then. Most cheese is great but I’d struggle massively to leave cheddar and Parmesan out of my diet.
With Dorset Knobs?
Wensleydale is up there.

As mentioned, there aren't many I don't like. Not keen on the bland Dutch cheeses (Edam, gouda) and not sure I could stomach the live maggot cheese (casu martzu?). The processed American cheeses are pretty rank as well.
The American ones can be discounted as cheese.

We tried that Fat Unicorn place for our Chtistmas cheeses. Oh my god, absolutely lush all of them. My favourite was a really soft runny brie.

Other than that my favourites are things like Blacksticks Blue, Stilton, Sage Derby, and ones with chilli in it. 🧀
