If Short was going to wipe out the debt anyway then this whole “oh we’d be even worse off if Donald and Methven weren’t here” schtick is bollocks anyway because ANY new owner would have us still in this division at this point. They’re not special. They’ve made it abundantly clear they’re not here long term and some of their decisions - wanting to change the badge, having absolutely no back up plan when it was clear Wigan were playing hard ball over Grigg, some of their statements about the fans - have been shocking.

I do find it weird that some people seem to be starting to turn on the owners. They have done a really good job, they have given us every possible chance of succeeding on the pitch. All of our issues are down to poor football.

Well they've said they don't want to do that. Strange to use that as a stick to beat them with.
Just my opinion but they've done way more good than harm.
