Changed my training

Goal is really to lose a bit of timber, so I've been in the gym lifting , doing circuit training blah blah blah ...but I've get on the bike,trying this for a year like, but I like the food too much , so calories in v cals out is king

Nothing beats it's .

Just thought I'd share MY story haha ..

I cycle all the time tbh. Sunderland - Newcastle - up the coast - down to Durham..Hexham...Morpeth..
listening to podcasts...just love it. :cool:
Play footy and swim too when I can too.
