I bought a laptop online from CEX about 3 weeks ago, I switched it on this morning and something has happened to the keyboard. For example the A key won’t work but when I typed a S a Q came up as well, its like its double tapping? Very random, I tried an external keyboard and its working ok?

What are CEX like for returns for faulty goods?

You'll have to beat the grand master CEX store manager in a Dungeons and Dragons boardgames marathon to be able to return it.

you get a 2 year warranty with them, although i bout a ps5 controller from them and within 7 weeks it had stick drift took it back and they told me they need to send it off to there repair centre (this was the first week of december) they told me about 8 weeks turn around to repair as post office strikes etc. after i complained about it to them as a good will gesture they exchanged it straight away
