They ran out of membership books due to demand... What were they expecting??? Many parts of the ground need a lick of paint. It's really not good enough

May 14th tomorrow......... still no membership card. Beyond embarrassing.

Aye I remember that but then we were told new cards are being sent because of the ticketing system upgrade and none of the cards were scanning vs Essex, when scanned on the system they were being rejected and the stewards said 700 still need to be processed and that we'll get a new card in the post. We were of course allowed in to attend the game, but for all they knew we may have not renewed our membership and just produced last years card and got in for nowt, they would have been none the wiser.
 
Just received a new membership card in post today, even know I renewed from last season, very odd. I imagine they’ve deactivated the old one that was used at the start of this season 🤷‍♂️:lol:
 
I got an email a couple of weeks ago asking me to log in and check my details for the new ticketing system, yet I can't even find where to log in on the club website
