Catch-22 review – George Clooney's dizzying, daring triumph
One of my favourite books, will be giving this a watch.
The one with Art Garfunkel I wasn't too impressed with.
I really want it to be good, one of my favourite books...
Looksgood. Can't remember him being called yo-yo in the book though
One of only 2 or 3 books I've ever binned whilst reading it. Absolute fucking gibberish.
Why didn't you recycle it? Lazy, eco hating chimp.
Aye. You being an expert in masterworks of modern literature such as this and other indispensable, salient tomes of it's ilk.
It's a fucking badly written mess of disparate ideas, tortured prose and offensive grammar. The good ideas and jokes are diluted so badly and completely that it's unfuckingreadable.
Its a great book IMO, you binning it kind of shows who is the literary expert on here
I did. It's now living life as a coaster.
I think your posting history performs a better job in that regard.
I dont like to boast about my academic and literary qualifications on here mate, its a footy forum.
You threw Catch 22 in the bin, game over.
What is your favourite book?
The Gruffalo, nailed on.
MiddleMarch, George Eliot. Must give it another read actually.
I read that for the first time this week . It was quite good. The wide mouth frog joke as a story.
Never read that, will add to the list.
Superb book. Not an easy read first time around though.
@muggboots was not up to the task
