it does but not as a test venue. TBH it should never have been given test status so quickly, most grounds had to stage ODI's before getting thre privilage of hosting tests, firstly to see if it was viable to do and the if they are decent hosts.

Can anyone remember the 2 back to back 20/20 they hosted at cardiff when a man and his dog turned up, you would have thought the penny would have droped then.
