Can't wait for this magical new manager

You're now just making things up. This is the only bad spell he's had in charge. There's been no "relegation form over large periods".
14 points from the last 12 games.

12 games is give or take a quarter of the season and 14 points is around 1.16 points per game. That equates to 53 points over a season.

That's touch and go whether you stay up in some seasons. I genuinely believe people think it was 'only a couple of games' and it blatantly isn't.

We're a too well oiled machine these days to not have a plan in place.
What on earth gives you that impression? Can you not remember us scrabbling around at 10pm on the last transfer deadline?

Or the fact that our last two appointments have been the unemployed Alex Neil and the unemployed Tony Mowbray?

Both of who came I and proved to get good appointments and kicked the club on.

So that's one period and not the multiple that you claimed in your original post?

He finished with an overall win percentage of 40% which suggests overall, he did well. There can be no multiple bad periods when you finish with winning 40% of your 50-odd in charge.

He's going through his first bad spell here (which isn't all of his own doing by the way despite what you may try and claim) and they're pathetically pulled the trigger.

Where did I claim multiple? If I did then it was an error but don't believe I did.

I agree the form lately has been poor. I don't agree with the decision to get rid. As whoever comes in will have the same problems to pick from

But the experts on here think our manager whoever that is should be getting these forwards to score. I can't wait to see this happen
McKenna has George Hirst and Connor Chaplin scoring a boat load at Ipswich. The right head coach, with the right tactics will have our strikers scoring in my opinion.

Yep, agreed. I wasn't disputing that though. I was saying that their appointments hardly show that we're a well oiled machine.

Here....

Mowbray did a good job. But he's showing relegation form over large periods

Fair enough.

I think Mowbray did a good job, I just think he's ran out of steam and didn't know how to change with what he has. I've said I would have kept him until the summer, I hope they've got somebody they want.

Stray s on the the end. Didn't meant it.

We had a run of 9 games from February last season in which we got only seven points mind. Included losing at Rotherham and being hammered by Stoke. Also included though, respectable draws against Burnley and Luton.

Like I said you seem to know more about tactics than the rest of us so I can't wait for your analysis of the next manager over the coming months
TBF it doesn’t take an in depth knowledge of tactics to see 1) our midfield and defence get walked through constantly, 2) we can’t defend set pieces to save our lives or 3) our wingers try to walk the ball into the goal rather than looking to find the right pass.

These are issues that we should be able to rectify either tactically and through coaching.

I reckon the club have bee kicking themselves for being pressured into not pulling the trigger in the summer and missing out on Farioli as a result, and there's now someone else they don't want to miss out on available.

To transform our young inexperienced foreign misfiring strikers
How about change the tactics or at least attempt it

Exactly a load of the shit was spent to managers choices zonal marking formation etc

Fair enough. Shows that he's been able to turn poor runs around in the past though.

We have drastically changed tactics from last season though?

We have different players, if my strikers weren’t scoring I would be tailoring my tactics to get them service not juts doing the same thing game after game then blaming them half our team is playing on it’s wrong foot 3 out of 4 wide players that’s starving your strikers of any kind of crosses or through balls at least try and swap your wingers sides or change formation and play 2 strikers !
