Can we all calm down & breathe

Nothing to do with the shots on target. To do the fact you were f***ing shite and we just needed a bit more belief.
haway wev, you won fair play but you were no great shakes. Christ we dominated before you scored a worldy the first foray into our half
We are also currently depleted and played like a team who hadn't played together..... which is exactly what they are

Fair enough.

Still, a lot of made up rubbish in here to create an unneeded rallying cry. The like button has become an addiction for some to the point they instigate the emotional response of others.

yes I think it may finally be happening soon the disapearance of that horrible button.

been a struggle but seems the forces that be have finally seen the light.

Where's he said that?

Every time I've listened to him speak he's said that's exactly what he wants to avoid but he's conceded we might not be able to avoid the battle this season.
All over the news mate. BBC for one

Fishing for likes on here is creating a pathetic division in posters just to outdo the name calling.

I'm sure once we were all just Sunderland fans.

I agree we were average, I know Sunderland in recent years more than most boro fans and I am fully aware of how you can totally capitulate at home when losing early on, at half time there was distinct possibility we would put 4 past you.

I felt we could have, maybe due to Karanka's style we didn't try to. But I believe we could have, especially when I saw your centre half pairing.

thread

Yes poor today but we need cool heads not hotheads

I don't think we were that poor overall.

First goal was a great individual strike. The 2nd goal was poor, but we had them doing some desperate defending to keep us from equalising, and maybe even winning it.

We had a patched up team compared to their main 11.

Fair do's, but I didn't. Ayala didn't come on until late in the game to tie things up at the back. Our makeshift centre back pairing didn't look too troubled save for a moment when Rodwell tried to play offside. Fair enough that may have been tactics but what makes you think had you gone for it more, that we wouldn't have picked you off?

I agree they didn't look too troubled, but I put that down to us sitting back, not Rodwell and the other guy being particularly good.

Of course that is always a danger, maybe that is why Karanka is a manager and I am not. ;)

Relatively calm and unconcerned. Even a blind gadgie on a flying horse can see we need players in. Over to you SAFC. Add some quality and we will get better. Give it some time. Very early days and these young lads although not ready just yet will benefit from games in the top flight. Keep the faith you lot

Exactly - spirit is still there and weve been a shade unlucky so far not to have 2 points with a very weakened squad.
Compare this to the train wreck ( with a full squad ) that was the start of last season and yet people on here are already saying the same things/
Definately KTF

oh yes and Moyes is clearly determined to sort it out while DA spat his dummy out

If we win our next game we will have 3 points from 3 games. Everyone would've taken that if we'd had 3 draws. Perspective required. Not all doom and gloom and definitely some positives to be taken from the opening couple of games.

I'm not in full on meltdoon just yet but if we close the window without at the bare minimum three players of premier league quality I might just implode.

I can believe that.
You're not allowed an opinion because whoever disagrees with it will label you something, create a thread about 'your type' and try and create a whole culture opposed to you, just for attention.
Precisely that. Haunt of sociopaths who will hound the living daylights out of their targets.

But am sure everyone is lovely really.
