Can’t open or read messages

Noticed your message, In your list of conversations over towards the right tick one or more next to the replies/participants bit, click the red box showing how many you've selected top right under 'start conversation' ,and at the bottom of the screen an actions bar will appear and you can choose 'leave conversations' at the top of the drop down list (the option of 'select all' is there as well if you want before you choose leave).

Problems you might be having beyond that:
1. On some browsers in some situations that bar is hidden by your browser toolbar if it is locked and scrolling down doesn't reveal it. If it seems the bar hasn't appeared when you click 'selected' try taking the browser out of full screen, or you moving your toolbar temporarily.

2. It seems some adblocker settings may interfere with site functionality in some instances, make sure the whole of RTG is whitelisted to cure that.
