What's your age, height and weight? I can give you some idea of how much to eat.
33, 5'9, dunno, i was 11 stone 2 a couple of weeks back.
Possibly looking at 3,400 kCal a day (I may have got that horribly wrong mind so someone should verify that).
You want about 160g of protein a day in that and about 60g of fat. Obviously enough carbs as well.
