Ok mate, based on me being 42 years old and weighing in at 14st 8lb my BMR is 1976 and TDEE 3062.

If I was training you I'd put you on 1800 cals a day. to achieve 1-2lb fat loss a week minimum.

edit 1950/2000 cals a day if your runnign 6 miles a day.
