I once had farts on a Sunday that had Sunday dinner farts written all over them and I hadn't had a Sunday dinner.
Or lunch which ever you prefer.
And the piss that smells like sugar puffs, too ?

Gave up coffee 6 months ago, sleep for about 8 hours now and never piss during the night anymore, piss used to stink too! Win win situation and loadsa dosh still in pocket!

Of the big coffee shop chains, Costa is my favourite, as I like a strong tasting coffee.
Caffe Nero are a close 2nd, though when I worked at Asda, they had a Seattle Coffee Company, vending machine, which produced a very good, large cup of coffee, for half the price, of a cup of coffee from Costa.

I remember one of the recent studies on coffee found that coffee with caffeine in it (in moderation) is better for you than decaf, although decaf still has its good points, it simply has less of the benefits.

One of the surprising points of this Which study (that isn’t in this article) is that the average cup of tea has more caffeine in it than a Starbucks coffee. Even if the caffeine in the tea is slow release, I find this hard to believe and I wonder if a lot of the research is flawed.

All those unnecessary commas give me a headache

Used to have three or four coffees a day, couple of espressos in the morning, one at lunch, one at tea time. Was wired looking back. Gave up caffeinated coffee twelve months ago and it was a great decision.

Sleep great, great mental clarity and remain focussed throughout the day. Wish I done it a long time ago.
