Bury to be given extra 48hrs

I feel bad getting excited over our proposed takeover and they heard Bury are on the brink.

In an ideal world SD, CM and JS could take their new found wealth and buy Bury. They could do a good job with a club that size.

The fucker doesn't want to sell man. More interested in them going bust and selling the land off.
What a load of crap. What makes you think he’d get to sell the land? The administrator would control the assets and would all go to HMRC more than likely before other creditors. Chairman wouldn’t get a penny
The main creditor is a company owned by his son in law
Except he wouldn’t get first shot anyway. The large outstanding tax bill would be first

Are football creditors not first (crazy though it may be)?

But if the land is worth more than the tax bill, he surely stands to make a decent profit- especially considering he bought this debt for £1

Im sure I read somewhere that very same actually now you mention it. Either way they and the taxman will be before his son in laws company. Then they’d offer all creditors pennies to the pound for the debts. His son in law would make a lot more back if he waited for a takeover which would likely clear the debts
