Burnley v Man Utd

Spot on.

I really don't understand the logic in why a lot of our supporters want the big guns who have zero chance of being involved in a relegation scrap to lose to our rivals.....

Haway man, everyone's going to pick up and drop loads of unexpected points. Starting to fret about other teams' results affecting our relegation chances three games into the season is a bit much even by our standards. Anyway, looking at that Burnley team, if we're within three points of them by the end of the season we'll probably have been relegated by f***ing Easter.

Haway Burnley.

I think the assumption is that one win in August isn't going to stop Burnley finishing 20th

We had 1 point after what 8 games last season?

Palace supposedly looked doomed too?

I certainly won't be writing off Burnley after 2 games and every defeat that comes there way will be welcome.

If you're worrying about other teams results three games into the season it's gonna be a long season for you.

I'm not fretting pal, I just want us to have the easiest ride possible this season.

I'd only love to see 2 or 3 teams cut adrift early on.

I'm not worrying as I've pointed out, "but" I want to see relegation rivals getting beat every week! Nothing wrong with that mate!

Very nice form Di Maria - doesn't change the fact that defensively they are liable to concede at any moment of course.
