We are looking for some work to be done on the house, but also at the back of my mind is that the garage roof and the house roof is coming toward the end of their natural lifespan.
I suppose what we want doing is:
Kitchen renovation, with a utility room - Plumbing is already done.
and Roof and garage roof need redoing.
What I would like as a bonus if both roofs need doing anyway is extending on top of the garage (maying a new bedroom) and making one sloped roof.
So how much would all of say kitchen, extension and roof costs these days?
I'm looking a rough idea and most important reputable builders, I have had some poor luck in the past and don't trust hardly trader, even family friends have been garbage, in fact that is sometimes worse because you want to ruin their existing relationship.
Any guidance is appreciated.
I thought I would ask the SMB first mainly for reputable names, I don't want to have half the north east out and waste everyone's time.
