Fine by me. Boro spent £6m on someone who's barely played, spending money you don't need to is a huge risk at whatever level you're playing. Best example is maybe Sunderland. From Rodwell to Grigg there's some pure rotters

The only clubs who spend big time are those who are daft or are using parachute payments to get promoted back quickly and I can't see any of the relegated sides spending massively (well, Watford may do if they get good money for Sarr and Dennis).
