I used to have it in my old place, but recently moved and cancelled it at the beginning of the year due to price rises.

I’ve bought it again using the same email address and it’s working on the tele, but when I try to watch it on the app it’s saying I don’t have it activated.

When I log in to the account using my email address, it’s not showing any of the account details I just set up, only the ones I set up originally at my old house.

Am I missing something simple here? Pissing me off as can’t watch on the tele while the mrs watches Holby City
