Bruce Willis retires from acting

His last few have been absolute cash grabs like. Not that I can blame him.
Sure I read it was money to look after his family, as he knew he would have to retire very soon. Which has indeed been the case.

Sadly, that form of dimentia is what we call Pick's disease. Anyone watch David Baddiel's show about his dad? That's the same thing. It seems bloody horrible, frankly.
Poor fella.

Yeah before my Grandma passed away last weekend, she suffered from FTD as well. At times it was like she could remember back to her childhood and at times she couldn't remember what happened 2 minutes prior. It is seeing the extremely obvious frustration and after a little while, not having the full capacity to handle that frustration was the most difficult thing to see from the outside. I don't like to speculate, but if he is currently 1 year after the diagnosis of aphasia then the likelihood is he had already been suffering from FTD from before that. None of us know the extent to which he is currently suffering from it except his family, but I wouldn't wish this shit on my worst enemy. So horrible to watch them deteriorate over a long period of time.

I was told 4 years ago that I could expect early demetia because of my self harming, but so far nothing. I do however have this annoying glitch where I'll try to say a word but cannot form it, but as soon as I write it down I can say it. The really weird bit is that it doesn't happen when I sing.

I absolutely loved Moonlighting when I was a kid like. Such sad news. My girlfriends dad has been diagnosed with vascular dementia so we know that's only going to go one way. Awful illness in any form.
