Just got a small Traeger. Wasn’t certain if I would actually use it so didn’t want to splash out on a full one. Really enjoying it so far though, so who knows for the future.

Bought a wire brush and some grill cleaner.mine is a cast iron grill but the warmer is just stainless

I cooked in the rain tonight, was only light mind. I’d rather than to cooking inside personally.
Saturday's effort, pretty much clearing the fridge and freezer of odd stuff. Homemade burgers, duck thighs,tuna steaks and minted lamb burgers. Mushrooms and peppers

Away for the weekend so brought my portable bbq with us. Only cooked burgers and sausages from the shop but it’s miles better than the bbqs they sell here.

Cooking on the Weber kettle for the first time later. Doing cabbage in a chilli garlic butter, burnt aubergine with egg yolk and tahini dressing, beyond sausages and some chicken wings in spiced pomegranate molasses for me

Just overly charred (burnt!) some chicken kebabs, worra dickhead! That’s what I get for rushing. Still tasted alright thankfully.

Doing a few dishes tonight: baked sweet potatoes with almond tahini and smoked almonds, elotes (grilled corn cobs with a cheesy/creamy/garlicky sauce) - thanks to @OOOSH YEAH for sharing these last year, some veggie sausages, Middle Eastern spiced lamb chops. Might chuck some tenderstem broccoli on too.
