It was a shame really for him as he stuck around years when he wasn't really good enough for us, then left just when a spot for him really opened up, remember the season after he left we really could have used him. had some decent white ball years towards the end, got unfair stick really and was a very loyal servant to the club. wonder how much more we would hav enjoyed the last few years if the likes of stoneman & jennings had had his loyalty
