Only SAFC could turn to a manager who has been openly outed as being corrupt and treated SAFC like shite in the lead up to him leaving.

Sam hasn't been outed as being corrupt.

Several years ago the FA outlawed the purchasing of 3rd party ownership footballers as it was deemed to be 'slavery'. Basically it meant a player wouldn't have enough career choice because they were 'owned' by someone other than a club and too much of his salary was be syphoned off.

Fifa followed suit several years later.

This didn't make it illegal in the eyes of the law, it was a footballing rule / law.

Sam speaking about the buying and selling of 3rd party owned players was going against his own employers rules. That's why he lost his job. He did nothing illegal.

Sam was doing a mate a favour and he and his agent were greedy, gullible fools for getting involved.

However, no crime was committed.

I just shoved my finger at the phone screen to see the poll score. It's not gonna happen whatever an Internet forum votes but ...whatever

There is not a snowball's chance in hell that BSA will return to S'land.

1. He's disgraced. Any Premier team that employs him will be absolutely torn to pieces by the media.
2. He was going to leave S'land anyway before England came calling. He and Short had already fallen out over signings.
3. He will be able to make megabucks in the desert or in China. BSA luuuuuuurves money.

It's a tricky one because:

yes, BSA would be more adept at keeping us up than Moyes. BUT, I think there's a chance Moyes would turn out a better long term manager for us... I just don't know whether he has the ability to keep such a poor side up, whereas we know BSA is brilliant at doing that.

And I do think Moyes is hindered mostly by terrible transfers and downright atrocious footballers first and foremost. Not saying his tactics have been brilliant, but we really are f***ing shit

I heard a lot of what BSA said he could do, not what he would do. He also said he would have to run it past his bosses. Witch hunt nothing more.
I'd have him back tomorrow, cos he is good in a scrappy situation, but this fella hasn't a clue.

Haha Paddy Power Odds for Sams next job ~

I seriously cannot believe that some fans want the corrupt and greedy cheat back at your club. No wonder our once great national sport is heading for the gutter with views like that.

Moyes doesn't seem to have much clout with Short to loosen the purse strings, I think BSA has more clout, Moyes should be given time as the squad is well below average.

I would have BSA back as for the first time in many years it looked like we were actually progressing.

BSA will never come back to much water under the bridge

Id have Sam back definitely. Everyone makes a fuck up at some point man. I bet it was a first offence :)
