4th highest Aussie test wicket taker and joint highest In ODIs. Not a bad career at all.

There's an article in the Indy site with Brett Lee saying the 2005 ashes was the best series he's ever played in and funny enough in the BBL in the commentary box there's been a lot of references to that tour form the likes of Ponting and Gilly saying good things about KP and Freddie but also Simon Jones as one of the star men.
It was nice to hear that the Aussies enjoyed that series because it certainly sticks in my mins as the best ever. (even better than the 81 series I think)

Simon Jones was awesome that series. The reverse swinger that made Michael Clarke look like a total idiot remains one of my favourite balls ever. Up there with Glenn McGrath's opening spell at Lords in the same series![]()
Cheers I enjoyed that.Good interview with Jones on cricinfo
