Have you watched this 3 part series on ITVX?
The writer was an NHS doctor during the COVID pandemic and wrote her book to tell the public what it was really like, it is supposed to be a factual record of events, however quite a bit of it seems out of sequence to me. I didn’t expect it to be an assassination of the Government, I hoped to see a balanced view.
In the first 2 episodes, she seemed to me to be blaming the NHS and Public Health England for the shortage of PPE and for all the care home deaths, In Episode 3 she blames the public and social media as well as hospital managers, which bothers me because this could be seen in years ahead to be a true record of events.
I wasn’t sure if this should go in the COVID forum, the politics forum or here on SMB
