My mates a mobile tyre fitter and he posted earlier that he had a callout to there and was 3 cars parked up with knackered tyres. This was a couple hours ago like.

It comes down to burden of proof, but at the same time, if the problem is in a new section of road or the surrounding sections are not complete, it’s up to either the designer or the contractor to design temporary works.

There’s insufficient information to make a call at this time.
