29th January 1972, we beat Charlton 3-0 at Roker Park.
I was born just before 7am , my Dad came to the hospital to see me then went to the match :).
 
I was born on the 10th may 1991, a day later we got relegated to the second division after a 3-2 thriller against man city at maine road.
 
Closest game is the start of the season we lost in the playoffs to Charlton. We won 3-1 vs Man City.

Interestingly 5 now managers/caretaker managers were playing that day
 
30th March, 1996, beat Huddersfield 3-2, Bridges scored twice and Ball grabbed one.

Born at 2:20 we played Birmingham that afternoon. Me da witnessed the birth then went to the match. I think we won but got relegated soon after.

3rd October 1970. We beat Bolton 4-1 at Roker the same day.

Also the famous "donkey kick" free kick happened the same day, Willie Car and Ernie Hint iirc
 
I was born 3 days after we got beat off Notts County 3-1 in 1993

My Uncle was born Cup Final Day in 73 and was therefore given the name Ian :cool:

Our lass just bought me the programme for that day what a women
 
1958 - Beat Stoke 3-1 two days after I was born. Thursday (day of my birth) games were rare in those days.
