Disagree. I still can't see why it's better to do nothing and get paid than play.
The wrong move could wreck his career, or at least put it back a few years.

It'd be better to wait a few months and possibly get the right move. He's got more chance of getting a move to a club in Europe in jan.

He's IMPORTANT!
His agent says so.

He will play an important part in the campaign for league cup glory.
He may be allowed to carry Ballotelli's bags. He's that important!
Bit of a dick really.
But an important dick.

He didnt to go there so asked for something daft. Dont see the issue, had they give it him then more fool them.

Him and his lass will be on I am a Celebrity in a couple of years or Big Brother one of the two. This will be just as she is looking for a mornning slot on UK Living and his contract ended at Liverpool with him playing a cople of games but putting loads of nice pictures on Instragram / Twitter etc

Because if he just waits 4 months he could get a move to a much better and stable club than QPR? His value will drop in the mean time meaning more teams could potentially afford him.
he is only in demand due to the season he had with us, by Christmas that will have been forgotten and teams will be bidding for a Liverpool reserve player, he is going to have to lower his aspirations in terms of salary etc come January!

Good luck to the lad. He did a job for us but always said throughout last season he wanted to break into the Liverpool team. He obviously believes in his ability and thinks he can do it.

I personally don't blame him for not wanting to be in a relegation battle which he would more that likely get here or at QPR

If Liverpool have a striker injury crisis which means he might get a run of games, would you want him to do well?

You know he would haunt us

Probably depends who comes in for him?

No one will have forgotten about him, there'll be a lot of desperate teams about in january due to loss of form, injuries etc. As long as he doesn't play in the champions league for Liverpool, he'll have a decent chance of a move to a club still in Europe.

The right move to who exactly? Only us and QPR have shown any serious interest over the summer and he's clearly displayed he's a bit of a greedy get. It's unlikely he'll get what he wants from a foreign club, Italian clubs are skint for example. If he stays where he is and not play he's more likely to end up as the Italian version of Scott Sinclair, if I was advising him I'd say you are still very young so play regularly and the bigger money contracts will come

I think you're missing the point over the wages. If, for example Roma came back in for him, do you think he'd ask for the same amount he was asking from QPR?
If he's looking for a move to a big Italian club, he'll get it.
