Bored working away, so went to watch Wycombe v Fleetwood

Wycombe have gone...they were utter shite and should lost by a lot more to 10 man Fleetwood.
Fleetwood have some handy ball players though. One in midfield with two "proper" feet is brilliant. Nee idea what he is called though. Absolutely walked through the the Wycombe defence on a good few occasions.
Was f***ing freezing and the kiosks ran out of Bovril 10 mins before kick off....

Fleetwood are perfectly placed dark horses like, mad that they’ll be above Posh if they win their games in hand.

Victory against them and their piece of shit manager would be quite nice..

Said months ago that Wycombe wont finish in the play offs that was when the were flying too

They'll finish around 10th at best

This was evident when they played up here.

Wycombe have a way of playing which is effective against teams not prepared for them but I think your right as lots are now sussing them out - hopefully though they get a few results against some of the top teams.

Were Fleetwood a team we should worry about playing them in a few weeks at the SOL?

Not really. I thought we outplayed them away and only drew due to a quite shocking referee decision to give them a penalty for absolutely fuck all. We just be turning teams like this over. It's about time we got one over Barton as well.

Glen Whelan has been running the show for Fleetwood since coming in during the window. My concern with them is their form is going a wee bit under the radar, due to our own, Peterboroughs, Rotherhams, Covs and Pompeys. They were very poor at their place on New Years Day and we should have won comfortably. Got a feeling they will be a different propositon at the SOL and we can't afford to be thinking we will win comfortably and getting caught out. A lot of people are targeting the Coventry game as the big one and a gauge to top 2 potential, but the Fwood banana skin before that could prove fatal if we do not start right.
