Bords of prey

Got three buzzards have taken up residence in the skies over the house, love watching them.
Today though I was git excited, I was sat in the garden and a bird of prey went like an Exocet across the garden just above the fence lines, I assume it was a sparrowhawk. Slightly too small and much too fast for the buzzards, was proper formula one speed machine. First time I've had owt like that in the garden.

Visited a council waste site in Essex a few years back. In the middle of acres of foul smelling shite there was this blerk with a golden eagle. The eagle was massive, beautiful and looked deadly. They flew it once or twice a week to scare the gulls away from the site. Sometimes you can find a diamond in a heap of shite.
