Little parts of it are just genius like when Buck goes to get that loan and is rejected and you can see the sadness, in the extended cut as well the John Doe pornstar who replaces Diggler is killed in a car accident which also kills Digglers parents. I always thought it was odd how Johnny Doe is a fairly pointless character but it is explained in the uncut version
