Just been reading up on this (I'm supposedly an Endomorph), is it all bollocks or does it affect your results from exercise and calorie intake? Interested what the likes of @Titus @oROSSo @supersesh think, cheers.
 


I think this been pretty much debunked as broscience bollocks?

Until my early 20s I'd have been classified as an ectomorph
Then until my early 30s I'd have been classified as a mesomorph
Then until my early 40s I'd have been classified as an endomorph
Then since my early 40s I'd be classified as a mesomorph again
 
sorry mate, I didn't get a notification for the tag, maybe the other two haven't either.

Thought it was debunked quite some time ago. Sure the theory is from the 1940's or summit.
 
I cam across these on bodybuilding.com, it made sense to me, im the skinny one (ecto?). Never really put much weight on despite a horrible diet.
