I saw it this afternoon. Looks really odd but it’s not Royal Blue. It could be Air Force blue and something to do with commemorating air mail post boxes.

More likely to do with this summer’s cricket World Cup.

My theory is that World Cup visitors will be able to send air mail letters back home from them.

Air mail post boxes were painted that colour.

But I could be turtally wrong

We had them pink for a good week or two around here - my daughter loved it and wanted them to stay that way... it was just a primer coat before they repainted them red again - sorry kiddo.
