I'm in the pub on my own but there are a few other regulars I chat with and play a few frames with when the trust fund crusties finish their f***ing 8 hour games.

Seriously. My local is 15 seconds away. Doesn’t matter if I’m meeting my mates or not. I just about know everyone who gets in. Love having a quiet pint with the paper too.

I drink alone in a pub because apparently "you have a drink problem if you drink alone in your flat" same reason I sneak a hip flask into the pictures when I go alone. Checkmate ex and family who think I'm f***ing life up.

I only know of one lad who does this and hes an insecure weirdo. Tries to latch on to anyone he might know and bores them to f***ing death.

I do it all the time. Don't talk to any fucker........but that's why I go out alone, so I don't have to

I go out for a pint on my own from time to time but after a few drinks I end up making friends with another billy nee mates.

Which means I then have to change what pub I go to. I go to the pub on my own to be on my own then end up ruining it by entertaining the company of random people, who then recognise me and feel the need to chat at other times.

Saw one of them on the tube coming home from work the other night and basically ran away.
