Get the players wags out and a pre agreed selection of neutral judges rank them. The one with the best looking wags win.

Cock length, Measure off in the centre circle, Team with longest average wins

If they must abolish shootouts, I agree with Guiness Guzzler - just play until one team scores. Given how knackered both teams usually are by that stage, I'd guess most games would be decided quicker than with a shootout anyway.

England have been losing penalty shoot outs once a year since 1990 and yet an English team beats the Germans and he's wanting a rule change? Ha'way man. Don't be so ignorant.

oh and where's your signature thing gone? ;)

He's not saying he want's a rule change, it's a few throwaway comments.

And it only come up when I use my phone mate.

Pin the tail on the donkey, drinking contest, musical chairs in the centre circle, a cage that springs up in the centre circle and the two hardest players fight

Instead of reducing the players on each side I'd prefer bringing the whole bench on....16 aside and tough if some are really injured.Substituted players allowed back on plus the others who then get involved.
You'd also have a goalie from each side playing outfield...golden goal.

Funny as fuck I reckon.

Just end matches in a draw and share the trophy, come to some arrangement as to when each team can have it.

Keep the penalty shootout but play it before extra time.

Then play extra time.

If extra time is a draw then use the result of the penalty shootout.

Have some sort of point system, like on boxing.

Points for possession, shots on target, area's of possession etc.

Only an idea like, but basically the team that tries to win the game wins rather than the team sitting back playing for the shootout.
