Blame Cattermole man not big Sam!

There's no reason to change system just because Cattermole goes off. I'll blame him for the first goal, but not the subsequent decisions of the manager.

How one earth can you blame him for the goal

If he hadn't got back onto the line it would have been an own goal, what about the actual move

ridiculous

Will I fuck! Sam lost us the game today with needless subs and ridiculous, unnecessary formation changes. His subs have really confused me sometimes this season but making an unforced change to your defensive formation mid game and hoying a new boy into the mix to compound your error is unforgivable. I like BSA but he has to take the hit on this one.

It's inevitable that someone always disagrees with the general consensus of opinion this is of course your prerogative.
Genuine question and I'd have to look up the answer, but when did he last pick up his "inevitable" second yellow? It's got to be two years ago and I'm happy to be proved wrong on this. I'd hazard a guess he's had at least 20 yellows since he was last sent of for two yellows. Let's face it, he's a terrier like CM, always in the oppositions faces, a yellow card isn't the end of the world. But he's not the same player he was two years ago, he's learned how to play when on a yellow. It was madness to take him off. All in my humble opinion of course.

The last time was the mags away under MON. One was after the game.

The last time he got two during a match was Wigan away under Bruce

I get the impression with Sam that he concedes some games even before KO (and I am a BSA supporter as well). It might have been the case that you could do this in previous seasons, but this season it iis completely different with lower clubs taking points from the bigger clubs on a regular basis.

I think this year it is going to take a fair amount of points to stay up.

You're right he hasn't been red carded since 2013 so the second card probably isn't inevitable (I stand corrected) but this doesn't alter the fact that his manager obviously doesn't trust referees not to card him again like Dean would have done given the slightest reason.

All managers make brainfarts that no-one else in the stadium can understand at times.

I always appreciate that you never know what is actually happening behind the scenes (hence the current keeper scenario?), but I would not have substituted Catts today.

Maybe he will learn to trust him since his replacement might as well not even be there anyway and we usually look an absolute shambles without Catts.

Once again as soon as he went off we fell to f***ing pieces. OP is a f***ing clown if he honestly believes what he's writing.

Rodwell was utter gak just now. Him and Graham want fining a week's wages for that gutless shitshow.

his 3 contributions to the match were trying to guard out a cross and spurs took the ball off him, failing to divert not a powerful shot then the inevitable booking (85th in top flight) gives Sam little option to chop him. As his replacement is utter shit Sam decides to strengthen behind him.

Thats how I see it. Looked miserable as sin when subbed, should try paying to watch his incompetance.
for me, he has been struggling for a season and a half now.. these last two games have highlighted his deficiencies...time to move him on

You clearly didn't watch the match

Course I did marra, hes not good enough yet championed by our fans year after year. We'll never progress with him around - just cos his replacements are shocking doesnt make him a good player. Watch that 'clearance' again, if it was a mag we'd be pissing ourselves.

Transfer list him n see how many takers they are, the answer is very few.

I think we've been blinded by so much shit the last decade that anyone with the odd solid game is deemed a hero.
