Thought it was a band co-write but, actually, yeah, it's all Ashcroft's. FOur songs on Urban Hymns were co-written by the band. The previous two albums had largely been co-written by the band.

The vast majority of Urban Hymns was gonna be Ashcroft's first solo album, before the band got back together (again).
