Be easier if members of the public had to put their own bins on, with the driver locked away safely in the cab

They didn't collect the bins on my street or the one opposite last week, but to be honest it didn't occur to me that this would be covid-19 related. They're just generally like that.

Mine neither, but they did come next day so just I'm presuming they are really busy.
