Can Chelsea now claim this?

Their record in Europe wipes the floor with Arsenals.

2x Champions Leagues, 2x UEFA/Europa leagues, 2x Cup Winners Cup.

Arsenal by contrast have only won one Cup Winners Cup.

Chelsea will continue to win things. Arsenal have done well in the FA cup recently, but long term they are in danger of becoming another Aston Villa or Everton.

2. Chelsea
3. Spurs
4. West Ham
Correct. Domestically at least.

Although globally with the fans in the far corners of the world, Chelsea may well be the big team of London now.

In the Roman Abramovich era (last 18 years) they have 5 leagues, 5 FA Cups, 3 league cups, 2 champions leagues and 2 Europa Leagues.
By contrast, Man United one of the top 3 biggest in the world, in the Abramovich era, have 5 leagues, 2 FA Cups, 4 league cups, 1 Champions League and 1 Europa League.

In terms of silverware there's nowt between them (although Chelsea have more European trophies). But clearly Man United are still bigger
