Big Tony

His 6th win as Sunderland boss from 15 matches with 4 draws and 5 defeats. All while missing Ross Stewart and having no striker 8 matches.

I'm telling you now, Alex Neil would not have fared any better. Put a bit of credit to Mowbrays name.
Agree with this. Imagine of Neil was here and the amount of moaning about lack of strikers. Mowbray has just got on with it.

Half time team talks appear to work.
Home form now beginning to take shape.Clean sheet and 3 different scorers.
He did say the second half of the season would be much better.

He’s deserved a bit criticism..not making changes and line ups against Burnley and Cardiff..but hey ho..move on.

The line up against cardiff was exactly what the fans wanted after ba's cameo against Huddersfield.

It didnt work and he should have changed it at half time but I can't pretend I wasn't happy when I saw it. Don't hold a grudge for that.
