Need to cook these fellas in an hour or so, any ideas?

I've got a relatively basic selection of herbs spices so nowt to exotic please.

Fry/Grill/Oven - all good.

Ta! :)

f***ing hell, options options!

fry on a red hot heat? slower cook? if i grill am i not risking drying them out?

veg oil vs. olive?

Grill, let it baste itself in it's own fat, plenty of salt on the fat to crisp it up.
Serve with mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and thick cut chips.
Or make a marinade out of garlic, ginger, honey, spring onions and soy sauce.
Again grilled but "Chinese style", rest in the marinade for half an hour beforehand.
Serve with stir fry veg and/or noodles.

(Sick of having them with mash and veg)

Dinnit listen to these wannabees. Oven on, 190c slice onions put in a roasting dish and season with salt and pepper. Put pork chops on and season them too also add a little oil. Put in oven for about 15 mins then pour over gray for another 20 mins.

Serve with mash and veg.

If you must fry it, use the veg oil and not the olive. Better still, use sunflower oil if you've got it.

I'd grill 'em like, on foil/tray to keep the fat in.
