Scallops - not too heavy, and can be superb when cooked properly.

Knocked a canny haggis starter up a few weeks ago.

Haggis with red onion chutney and bruschetta.

Quite rich like couldn't eat much of the haggis (a good thing as I have a tendency to be a trougher)

depends on restaurant

chicken pakora

chicken rogan josh

ice cream

that would do me

tough to call, also depends on following course

probably scallops/razor clams

partial to bone marrow and foie gras too...

Garlic mushrooms for an everyday meal, scallops for best.

I do love a breaded mushroom with garlic mayonnaise but I like mushrooms cooked in garlic butter too.

My favourite is crab claws and langoustines with a soy chilli dip.

I had surf clams the other day, for the first time in ages. They were very nice, too.

in an indian i'm happy with my popadoms and the pcikles and stuff

maybe an onion bhaji

A nice bit of tandoori chicken with a bit of green salad if i'm feeling flush.. or hungry
