Best Small / Medium Music Festival

Cropredy's canny - close to Banbury in Oxfordshire. Can draw up to 40,000, though more likely to be 20,000! Very family friendly and plenty of showers and loos these days.
20,000 capacity - one field/one stage.

BST Hyde Park is the one. Easy to get to, good lineup, lovely sunshine, good beer, decent bait, nee sleeping in a fuckin' tent.
You really don't have a clue about festivals!

The Deershed near Thirsk is brilliant for families, absolutely loads to do and very chilled atmosphere. Also the music line up is always excellent, there's always something a little different on and not just the usual bunch of has-beens

Saw the fall at camp bestival a few years back. Mark E Smith shouting at a load of Boden clad mothers with toddlers on their shoulders was outstanding.

Cropredy is a great festival. Excellent crowd with no edge whatsoever. The one stage set up works really well because if someone's on the bill then you're guaranteed to see them. If there's somebody on you don't like just pop into the village which has two good pubs with their own music on.
