Best Sausage

Cumberland in the morning, Lincolnshire or Toulouse in the evening. Rare breed pork if possible.

Personally find that those with additional ingredients (apple/leek/chilli etc) rarely live up to expectations.
 


I’ve tried but so far I can’t get away with proper sausages,I prefer the shite Richmond or Walls.
There’s a sausage expert on here who can fill people in on the best sausages, forget his name.
 
We’re lucky to have a well supported butcher in our village. His special sausages are amazing. You don’t have to wait for the shop door to close and then tap your nose when you buy them either.
 
Tesco finest Chilli sausages are on point!

That said I tend to get black pudding and pork from a local butcher.

Love a Toulouse sausage though! It’s a struggle to find any retailer selling them though!
